So I had the opportunity to go to Salt Lake City over the fourth of July weekend. I spent Thursday thru Sunday with awesome friends that have truly become family. I had a lot of fun with them and their children. They keep me feeling connected to family especially when one of them says you laugh just like your mom. It makes me smile cause I am very far away from my parents and my little sisters and I miss them terribly. However I know I am where I need to be at this time in my life. During this time in Northern Utah I was able to do a session in the SL Temple. That was an experience that I will cherish. I parked at the conference center and was able to find my way to the temple entrance. I walked in and was completely blown away with how beautiful it was inside. The intricate details done without gas powered machines just completely baffles me. I went thru the session with my three friends and had another confurmation that I am not only where I am suppoesed to be that I am where I am needed. Things are falling into place and that only happens when I am doing what I need to be doing and that I am where the Lord wants me to be. The overwhelming love I felt makes the four hour drive worth it. We then proceeded to do some touristy things like photos in front of the SLC Temple, we found the UP house in Herriman and then on to the Oquirrh Temple for photo ops. I got to snuggle lots with the babies and talk with a friend who has known me forever in catching up on family happenings. I am truly happy in knowing that they are doing well here and I am so grateful that the Lord knew that I would need them somewhat nearby and made it to where I know that I have a place to go when I need to get away. Friend You know who you are. Love you tons.

           Now that I am done with my ten week course all I need now is a good paying job that will allow me to move into my own place.

Wandering Thoughts

So I have been feeling the need to blog. I don't have any idea of why I am not that busy or even that busy in my life right now. So here are some random thoughts that have been running through my head lately.

 I am really happy right now. I am doing well at work and doing well in school. I really enjoy my class every Tuesday and Thursday. I am learning so much about myself and realizing that I am so much smarter than I thought I was. Life has been throwing me some curve balls lately and I have really had to humble myself to get the answers that Heavenly Father wants me to get. 
   
     I moved to Saint George Utah this past August. That took a lot of faith due to I have never left a job without a job in the works. So moved here and couldn't a job and ended up applying at the DI and it was the best thing that I ever did. I have learned so much about myself and that I can set goals and achieve those goals. I have learned things that I never would have learned without the DI. I am now a certified forklift driver, have had supervisory training, customer service training, and telephone courtesy course. Some of those are refresher courses however they were good to have done. 

         I am currently enrolled in a Dental Assisting course. It is fun and I will be able to eventually take the DANB(Dental Assisting National Board) so I can be certified for anywhere in the US. By the time I finish I will be able to make teeth impressions, bleach trays, take x-rays, polish your teeth and do four handed dentistry. I truly think that I have found something I can live with until I finish my degree in Geology, not only live with but be happy as well.

  I love the area I am in and love the rock formations, the cliffs, the red dirt even. I cant wait to take more photos and take better photos.
